Why do We Need Vitamin C?
            There are five types of vitamin C that has several important effects on health. First, vitamin C is the most antioxidants. Second, it helps the body fighting infection. Third, it is crucial for both the anticipation of body and it helps building strong bones and teeth between expectant mother and infant. Fourth, it helps healing wound and bone, and maintaining healthy skin. Finally, it is important in forming collagen that affects inner structure of the body.(EmaxHealth,2012:2)
